Following are some frequently asked questions, and their answers:

  1. Do I have to successfully complete any of the Optional Mission Objectives? No. Only the primary mission objective must be completed in order to obtain points. If the lander is freed by pushing, pulling, or firing its grappling gun, the primary mission is successfully and no further objectives must be met.
  2. What if I successfully place the battery but cannot fire the grappling gun? You will get the bonus points awarded for having a damaged component placed on the lander if the lander is removed from the crater (by pushing or pulling).
  3. Is there a height or weight limit for the rescue robot? No. But you are limited to the parts you can use: one NXT robotics ...
