Using Audit Trail to track setup changes in a Process or a Flow

Setup Audit Trail tracks the recent configuration changes that you and other system administrators have made to your Salesforce organization. Audit history is especially useful in organizations with multiple system administrators. You can use Audit Trail to track the user who activated, deactivated, created, or deleted a Flow or Process.
