Exporting via data export in MySQL Workbench

Let's walk through how to export data via the Management or Administration tab in the left navigation area, as follows:

  1. Open MySQL Workbench.
  2. Connect to your local or dev/test instance where you created your database in the last chapter.
  1. Click Administration or Management (depending on whether you are using a Mac or a PC) in the navigation panel on the left side of MySQL Workbench.
