Culture Inversion Meets Ethical Leadership

This is a story about a return to my hometown, in the north of Italy, due largely to my husband’s relocation after a period of 20 years living in the UK, primarily in London. It has presented me with a challenge in grappling with ethical leadership as two cultures collide, and I question certain behaviors in formal leadership positions from my own personal experience of informal leadership in the community; but before I unpack this, I would like to offer a timeline with some background information.
