Overcome Inertia
Many folks resist change; yet without change, progress is minimal or nonexistent. Truthfully, it is much easier to play it safe and stay comfortable, at least for a little while. Playing it safe all the time is what weak leaders do.
When the downward pull of complacency sets in, fear of change often robs us of the courage needed to lead effectively.
