An important topic you should be working on in the prelaunch stage of your business is establishing a professional image. New businesses are at a disadvantage because they are new and it’s a risk for potential clients or customers to give them a try. One of the primary ways to reduce the perception of risk is to make a good first impression, and provide people a sense that you’re professional and well prepared.
