Security is a fundamental feature of X-Pack as, without it, anyone can open any URL. Security will give them unlimited access, including to index patterns, data, visualizations, and dashboards of Kibana. During X-Pack installation and setup, we need to create the default user credentials, but after that, we have dedicated user and role options from which we can create roles and users, and then can assign these roles to the users.
