Gathering information using theharvester

In this recipe, we will learn to use theharvester. The objective of this program is to gather e-mails, subdomains, hosts, employee names, open ports, and banners from different public sources, such as search engines, PGP key servers, and the Shodan computer database.

Getting ready

For this recipe, you will require an Internet connection.
