Building a Culture of Learning from One Another
So far, we’ve talked a lot about the logic and the structure of the Back of the Envelope and Vision-Strategy-Execution frameworks. And we have talked a lot about renewal as the core concept for a vibrant and enduring business. We’ve also talked, in general terms, about some guidelines for installing these ideas in your organization; I’ve told you, for example, that you won’t be able to do it all yourself, it’s going to take some time, and you may have never done this kind of thing before, but you are capable. Let’s talk now in more specific terms about how you can get to your goal of nurturing a culture of participation and renewal.
