12 The Franchisee Experience

Jim's franchisees all have different stories of how they came to buy a franchise, but there are many similar themes. For many, they wanted to work for themselves and have flexibility in when and where they worked. Others were retrenched and didn't know what to do next. Others simply wanted a change: something that would replace their income where they didn't have to sit in an office all day.
