The JAXR Data Model
The JAXR data model is based on the Registry Information Model (RIM) defined by ebXML, which itself is meant as a generic interface to specific registry implementations. The names that JAXR uses for various items may not always match the names used by a different registry service, of course. The classes in the data model are as follows:
RegistryEntry. The RegistryEntry class is an abstract base class that contains information about each item in the registry. Most other classes in the information model are subclasses of RegistryEntry.
Organization. The Organization class contains information about an organization, such as a submitting organization (that is, a company that has stored an entry in the registry).
