The Digital Darkroom Is Born
I never experienced the original darkroom. That darkroom made of chemicals, papers, processing tanks, safe lights, enlargers, and the like. The first darkroom I experienced was digital, right inside my computer. In fact, it was a program actually named Digital Darkroom, which was created in 1987 by Silicon Beach Software.
