What’s Next?
Hopefully this chapter has given you a clearer picture of what it’s like to make small changes in a safe manner. We can transform code by taking one small step after another.
Taking enough small steps can reveal larger possibilities for change that were harder to see before. For example, we can break a large class into multiple classes. In the next chapter, we’ll refactor toward the model-view-view-model (MVVM) architecture.
