Cocos2d Basics

 

 

 

Some of you beginners may have gotten hit hard last chapter, while others might have yawned through those basics. Well, hopefully I can please everyone in this chapter. We are still going to keep things very light, as I introduce some of the easiest things you can do with Cocos2d, but you might be amazed at how much you can do with so little.

I'll save some higher concepts, like creating your own classes and subclasses, for later chapters. For now, I'd like you to just work with some simple images and move things around the screen. Trust me, your friends and family will be impressed.
