Changing Times Call for New Skill Sets

REINVENTION OF ENTREPRENEURS AND OF THEIR ENTREPREneurial businesses might best be described with a Gantt chart. This is a horizontal bar chart that illustrates a time sequence with start and finish dates of different phases of the sequence. Each stage overlaps somewhat with those preceding and following it. The stages are a combination of in-series and in-tandem projects but always float in parallel zones. As one leader scales down and a successor is revving up, they are depicted on a Gannt chart by parallel bars that overlap a point of time, say, at the point of succession.
