Preface

The world looks much different to me than when I introduced the first edition of this book, “Program Theory-Driven Evaluation Science: Strategies & Applications,” in 2007. I have been thinking about this revision and update for more than 5 years, and seriously working on it “off and on” for the last 2 years. In a New York Minute (Eagles song) in March 2020, everything seemed to instantly change in the world, my life, and in my evaluation practice.
