Input Output Media
This chapter deals with two basic computer units—input and output devices. Input devices are used to enter the data and instructions into the computer system before any processing can be performed. Output devices are used for the conversion of machine-readable information into human-readable form. The chapter discusses some commonly used input devices including keyboard, mouse, joystick, scanner, and optical scanners.
