Summary
IIS 7.0 introduces a new remote administration architecture that enables users without administrative privileges to connect remotely and manage IIS 7.0 running in Windows Server 2008. This remote administration is done over HTTPS that enables its use both over the Internet as well as on an intranet, offering the flexibility to use Windows users or IIS Manager users for managing IIS 7.0 and allowing the server administrator to customize the feature set that should be exposed to the delegated users.
