Following the launch of a six-year corporate strategy, with town halls, manager kits, and the works, we knew that we needed to engage with staff at a grassroots level and spark conversation. Internal communication worked with the culture team and creative designers to devise a campaign to highlight how people could take responsibility for doing things better.
