Rows and Columns for Cells
Use the Rows and Columns tab options to control the height and width of rows and columns:
Row Height. Table content of varying lengths can produce rows with different heights, which isn’t always the most pleasing table design. To solve this common problem, InDesign lets you set all table rows to an exact height or at least a specific common minimum (Figure 12.3).
