The 4GL and PowerBuilder application code conversion for the pilot was accomplished using TSRI's JanusStudio™ modernization framework for information system transformation, JanusStudio™ which supports architecture-driven modernization as an automated model-based, rule-driven managed process that includes automated documentation, transformation, refactoring, and Web enablement as depicted in Figure 6.6 and outlined in the following steps.
