Escalating Ideas (Making the Most of It)
After going through the triage stage, ideas then enter the escalation stage. Many ideas will enter here, but only a few will continue to the pilot stage. In order to survive the escalation stage, there are several steps. Senior management has to endorse the idea. Then a business case has to be made. This is followed by team selection to dig further into the details of how the proposed ideas will be handled by the organization.
