Now that the team members were all communicating effectively, it was time to start garnering the strength of the team as a whole. Each individual on the team was extremely bright, but Lydia knew that if the team understood and applied the “Wisdom of Crowds,” it would make the team even more effective.
Moreover, Lydia witnessed some of the natural conflicts that often arise between traditional roles on software project teams.
