This chapter will give a sense of how we inculcate the Wealth Management Index (WMI) for our new hires and discusses the various methods we use to bring people into the particular culture of Accredited Investors, Inc.
The New Hire Process
When someone becomes an employee of Accredited Investors, Inc., they go through a training process that includes learning how to use the WMI. Before they begin this process, though, they conduct a formal meet and greet with everyone in the company.
