Collecting Data
If there is anything Daniel had learned over years of giving training, it was the power of a step-by-step approach. He always told his young colleagues, “Break it down into small pieces, go for the step-by-step approach and people will digest it better. Moreover, it gives a lot of structure to the teaching.” Training data collection was no exception to this rule. To ease the conveyance of the knowledge, Daniel crafted a step-by-step approach that he was about to unveil to the trainees.
