“We Already Have Standards!”
After this quick introduction, Daniel wanted to address right away a lingering question about new standard introduction.
Before I continue, let me address upfront questions and remarks most people ask me when I talk about writing Standardized Work forms. This is what I hear very often: “We already have standards!
