One of my company’s executives and I were wrapping up a Zoom meeting with leaders of a Fortune 10 company, and they were grinning from ear to ear. We’d just presented them with a program to identify, train, and empower the best talent in the world. The minute the meeting ended, my leader called me and asked, “Seven years ago, did you think we’d be on a call like that?”
