Picture a team, any team. It could be your current team; a team you’ve been on in the past; it could be a favorite sports team, a gaming team, or a debate team. Picture that team and think about its primary attributes. As you are visualizing this team, you might be thinking of the people on the team, what those individuals were aiming to achieve, how well that team performed to those objectives, and, perhaps, you’re thinking about what did not work quite so well on the team.
