Cases-Method

Figure A.1 represents the Cases-method as adopted from Rosinski (2019).

In this Appendix the essence of the Cases-method is captured. A step-by-step explanation and more background information can be found in Rosinski (2019). Essentially, managerial events are often repetitive cycles of decision–implementation–feedback–decision. New iterations may start when the initial problem has not been solved (or only partly) or when a new problem has arisen due to project behavior (Rosinski 2019, 85).
