Hybrid Project Management

Introduction

Over the past five years, I’ve made a number of presentations to the Washington, DC PMI Chapter (PMIWDC) concerning Agile Project Management, Hybrid Projects, and how we can effectively integrate traditional project management approaches with Agile approaches to solve real-world project problems. I have also made presentations to other local PMI^® Chapters, the U.S. Census Bureau, and other government agencies on this topic. This short book combines the central ideas of these presentations.
