1.1 The HTML5 Standard
The HTML5 standard is located at http://www.whatwg.org/html [6]. If you are looking for an authoritative answer to a question related to HTML5, you can find it there. Unlike many specification documents, this standard is actually well organized, readable, and up to date. Unfortunately, this standard has a competing standard located at http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/ [7].
