Employee Well-Being

We live in a society where the aim is to get as many people as possible to work for as long as possible and as much as possible. Employees increasingly have to balance their demanding jobs with familial responsibilities, pressure of societal norms, or personal aspirations. They are called upon to provide informal care for children, parents, or others, and at the same time, work full-time, and they must do all this for decades, until retirement. It is clear that quite a lot is being asked of our employees and that this great demand will not disappear.
