As we navigate the post-COVID pandemic era, hybrid work has emerged as a popular model for organizations seeking to balance the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility and autonomy of remote work. According to reports on the future of work and employee experience, hybrid work as a trend is often mentioned. LinkedIn claims that in March 2020, 1 in 67 U.S. jobs companies offered a remote work option. By the start of 2022, that number was about one in six.1 Moreover, on LinkedIn, remote jobs attract 2.6 times more views and nearly 3 times more applicants than in-house jobs, as shown in Figure 2.1.
