You should sit facing your interviewer and maintaining eye contact. You should make me, the interviewer, feel like the most important person in the world. Remember, the interview is NOT about you. It’s about the interviewer and her needs. As far as I’m concerned, you’re there to validate the greatness and wisdom of the person interviewing you, me!
