- All Inclusive
- A set of events that encompasses every possible outcome. Also referred to as exhaustive.
- Alternative Hypothesis
- The opposite of the null hypothesis, normally showing that there is a true difference. Generally, this is the statement that the researcher would like to support.
- Case Processing Summary
- A section of SPSS output that lists the number of subjects used in the analysis.
- Coefficient of Determination
- The value of the correlation, squared. It provides the proportion of variance accounted for by the relationship.
- Cohen’s d
- A common and simple measure of effect size that standardizes the difference between groups.
