Based on the ideas of pragmatic constructivism, this chapter outlines a conceptual framework showing how organizations (represented by coalitions of decision makers) can structure their planning and decision-making activities (and incorporate financial information to support them) in complex and uncertain contexts. A reflective managerial approach is outlined.
