I learnt a new word recently: ultracrepidarianism. (Don't worry, I struggled to pronounce it too.) It means speaking with authority about subjects you know nothing about. If you're like me, you've probably met a few people like that. They appear on radio phone-ins, social media, and one or two of them even masquerade as politicians.

In my work I meet thousands of people every year, from a wide range of countries, cultures, and backgrounds. It's one of the main things I enjoy about my job.
