Icebreakers are the fun part of customer service training.
They are short, fun games at the beginning of a training session that can help reduce tension or frustration and help get everyone in a good mood. An icebreaker can be as simple as taking turns and telling everyone your name, where you were born, and one interesting fact about yourself, to a more intricate version of getting people out of their chairs and moving around the room. They help both the facilitator and the attendees warm up the group. Rather than just starting on the training, you start out having fun. It makes sense.
