Getting Started: Let’s Go!

Prepare a lesson plan. It becomes the “actions” you will take to address the shortcomings found in your analysis. It combines content and processes and outlines what will happen during the training course. Be it one hour or four hours, you’ll need an outline of what’s going to happen during the time period. A lesson plan lets you conceptualize the course before beginning the actual presentation. It is a key factor in presenting customer service training.

Following is a sample lesson plan. It will show you how easy it can be to create your own customer service training program. For your outline, include four basic headings:
