Customer service training budgets are made similarly to your personal budget. In other words, make a list of the things you think you’ll need and then add a place for the “unexpected.” This is an obvious must-have category even in a household budget (well, at least in mine).
Not having a budget plan in mind for customer service training will cost you more in the long run. Larger companies, of course, are guided by their budgets. They make them annually; they’re prepared well in advance. They know exactly what they intend to spend.
