Coaching Teams: Alignment and Attunement for High Performance

In the early hours of September 11, 2001, I was on a red-eye flight from Portland, Oregon, to Orlando, Florida. The plane landed, I rented a car, and drove east toward the coast where I was to facilitate the annual strategic planning session for NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. This year we were conducting the session at an offsite located in Vero Beach.
