Light and shade

Saddam Hussein under interrogation: a montage for The Independent newspaper. In the version above, all the elements are crisp and well lit; but everything’s clamoring for attention, and there’s little focus to the piece. The addition of some visible light and shadows, right, makes the picture come to life.
