Ahmet Tekin received his EE PhD degree from the University of California Santa Cruz, California, EE MS degree from North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, North Carolina, and EE BS degree from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2008, 2004, and 2002, respectively. During his MS studies at NCA&T State University, he worked on a NASA transceiver project designing very low power radiation-hard SOI complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) circuits.
