Native American lore often talks of how different elements of nature speak with a voice. A wise person learns to listen to the voice of the wind, the sun, the trees, the rivers, etc. In business we often speak of the voice of the shareholders, the voice of the employees and the voice of the customers. Successful leaders learn to listen to each of these voices and develop powerful management systems that respond to them.
