Stochastic universal sampling (SUS) is a slightly modified version of the roulette wheel selection described previously. The same roulette wheel is used, with the same proportions, but instead of using a single selection point and turning the roulette wheel again and again until all needed individuals have been selected, we turn the wheel only once and use multiple selection points that are equally spaced around the wheel.
