Background

Head to the Background GameObject in the Hierarchy, and disable the Background Parallax child. Then open the other child, called Sky, and disable its children. Now the Hierarchy should look like the following screenshot:

Now click on Sky, go to the Sprite Renderer component, and change the Sprite property to our own background.

Once we do this, the result should be like this:
