Building Your Inspiration Library
Lettering inspiration can be found all around us. It’s on the chalkboard menu of your local coffee shop. It’s on the vintage signs and magazine covers in antique stores. It’s on t-shirts, books, food packages, and everything in between. All we have to do is keep our eyes peeled for letterforms, colors, and phrases that inspire us. We can build an inspiration library by taking pictures of whatever catches our eye and storing them on our iPads in a photo album or uploading them to an online photo album such as Flickr or Google Photos.
