The Bottom Line
Blogs are here to stay, and they’re becoming an increasingly important medium for the distribution of information and opinions. Google Blog Search came along at just the right time to help users like you and me find specific information in the increasingly large and chaotic blogosphere, which makes it one of the most valuable of Google’s new search tools. The additional benefit of subscribing to a feed of your search results is just icing on the cake.

It should come as no big surprise that Google offers its own feed aggregator called Google Reader. Learn more about this application in Chapter 23, “Using Google Reader.”
