PART 3 ACTION To Get There Early

Part 3 focuses on action with agility. Strategy is the bridge between insight and action and these final chapters will help you create strategy to guide your actions. Part 3 begins with successful examples of turning insight into action. Chapters 9 and 10 suggest principles for flexing and flexibility, plus a series of examples to bring the principles to life.

Action is a result, stimulated by foresight and insight, but action is also the beginning of a new learning process in which agility allows for course corrections as you go. Action creates real-world opportunities for learning from experience that can lead to new cycles of foresight and insight, as described in Chapter 11.
