My interest in AI originated from Isaac Asimov’s robot stories, eventually driving me to pursue a PhD in the field. Currently chief AI officer at Scotiabank, my journey afforded me a firsthand view of the transformative impact of AI over the years. Beyond a mere academic pursuit, AI has evolved into a dynamic force molding the essence of various industries. Today, I believe that the arrival of generative AI marks a turning point in the world of marketing.
